Bringing a birthday cake is allowed. Please be aware that no candles must be lit on the cake for fire safety reasons. Please also bring a cake knife or cake server, as we are unable to provide these.

Apart from a birthday cake, bringing other food and drinks is not permitted. Our Sky High Diner offers a wide variety of food and drinks, which can be ordered on site.

You are welcome to bring a birthday cake. Please remember not to bring any food or drinks apart from birthday cakes.

For fire safety reasons, we must unfortunately ask you to refrain from using naked flames (such as candles, sparklers), helium balloons and confetti cannons.

Photos can be taken at any time next to the attractions. Please note that the shoe-free areas must also be observed by accompanying persons.

Each active party guest receives a 4-hour ticket as part of the party package. With this ticket, you can use the attractions as follows:

The ticket price does not include unlimited use of all attractions. The Escape Rooms must be booked separately. The ticket price includes use of the Laser Tag, Valo Arena, Valo Jump, Laser Mission and PXL Games attractions – subject to limits depending on ticket type, as follows:

Additional game sessions are available for a surcharge. Use of the electric go-karts also costs extra.

Yes, the meal package must be selected for the whole group. If additional food items are required, they can be ordered on site.
